Twitter Bootstrap : Fine tuning contrast of the alert blocks

I was found that Twitter Bootstrap alerts not passed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (Color Contrast Check). To pass WCAG, need to increase contrast of text and background in all alerts.
